- Downstream supply and service agreements (e.g. materials supply agreements)
- Downstream facilities maintenance and O&M contracts
- Ancillary agreements such as access licences, builder/financier tripartite agreements and consultant novation agreements

Our team has acted on the following recent projects:
Subiaco Health Campus
Advising St John of God Healthcare in relation to the staged development of its Subiaco Health Campus, including the preparation of integrated construction and interface contracts using a combination of Australian Standard and bespoke ECI and D&C forms.
Ningaloo Tourist Resort
Advising Tattarang in relation to the staged development of the Ningaloo Tourist Resort using a number of Australian Standard and bespoke development and construction agreements.
Spoilbank Marina
Acting for the Town of Port Hedland in relation to the development of the Spoilbank Marina, with associated construction and land access arrangements.
Port Kembla
Advising Squadron Energy in relation to procurement and contracting (using bespoke D&C contracts) for its Port Kembla dredging program and emplacement cell construction.
Water infrastructure and road maintenance
Advising in respect of alliance arrangements for major water infrastructure for the Water Corporation of Western Australia and road construction and maintenance for Main Roads WA.
