Chord Advisory has further expended its team with the appointment of Lynsey O’Neil as Senior Associate.
Lynsey is a projects, infrastructure and general commercial lawyer with a particular focus on technology, intellectual property, data and privacy. Lynsey has worked with a range of private and government sector clients across sectors including technology (including medical technology), services, government trading enterprises, health, government departments, not-for-profits, logistics, mining, and energy and resources.
She has advised on a range of transactions including IP and technology procurement, licensing, implementation and protection, data migration, security and sharing arrangements, privacy law reform, outsourcing arrangements and technology and IP aspects of major infrastructure projects including battery storage and virtual power plant arrangements, water and waste treatment facilities and other large projects.
Lynsey joins us from Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer. Her addition strengthens our capability to support clients across increasingly complex and evolving areas.
