Chord Advisory continues to grow with the appointment of Ebony Garlick as Senior Associate.
Ebony is a projects, infrastructure and general commercial lawyer, advising public and private sector clients on major projects across the mining, property, infrastructure, transport and logistics, energy, housing and healthcare sectors.
She has advised on a wide range of complex infrastructure matters, including procurement strategy, construction, tenure, delivery and outsourcing for large‑scale transactions. Her experience spans services contracts, project development agreements, leases, mining services agreements, ports and rail transport projects, large‑scale design and construction contracts, operation and maintenance agreements, supply contracts and tender documentation.
Ebony joins us from Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, bringing deep technical expertise and industry insight that will further strengthen the support we provide to our clients as our business continues to expand.
