We act for public and private sector clients, including all levels of government, GTEs, sponsors, owners, contractors, developers, investors, asset managers, service providers, not-for-profits and major charities.
Our expertise spans multiple jurisdictions and various sectors, including health, energy, mining and resources, water, waste, transport and logistics, social infrastructure (including housing) and marine services.

In addition to legal services, we provide a range of consultancy services to our clients including procurement strategy, project implementation advice and strategy, ‘lessons learned’ sessions, management structuring advice, and coaching of in-house teams and team members.
Fees
Our fee structure is highly competitive, transparent and flexible. We are proud to provide a big firm service at small firm rates, and offer a range of pricing models to suit our clients’ needs, including fixed fees, success/failure fees and retainer arrangements.
