Elizabeth Quay
Advising WA Government in relation to structuring and procuring the development of Superlots 2 and 3 by a private sector proponent for residential and mixed use, with associated civil works.
Cockburn Clinic
Advising Bethesda Care (in partnership with Dexus) in relation to complex and bespoke head-, sub- and sub-sublease fund-through arrangements related to the construction and operation of the Cockburn Mental Health Clinic.
Medihotel
Advising WA Government in relation to its pilot Medihotel project on the Fiona Stanley Health Campus by way of a long-term lease arrangement.
Dardanup Administration Centre
Advising the Shire of Dardanup in relation to construction and complex land-swap arrangements related to the new-build Dardanup Administration Centre and associated developments.
Power Utilities
Acting for Horizon Power and Synergy in relation to leases, easements and other forms of tenure for numerous power stations, power facility sites and linear infrastructure to be established on Crown, Crown reserve and freehold land.
Gas Storage Facility
Advising energy infrastructure provider in respect of land tenure arrangements relating to the expansion of its gas storage facility as well as ongoing tenure issues relating to its gas pipeline network, including advising in respect of proponent rights under the Petroleum Pipelines Act.
