Chord Advisory is proud to have advised the WA State Government on the finalisation of arrangements to acquire the Mount Lawley Hospital from St John of God Health Care. This is an important project for the State which will deliver a major boost of 196 beds to Western Australia’s public health system.
The Chord Advisory team included Managing Director David Hugo, Managing Associate Alanna Lofthouse and Senior Associate Ebony Garlick.
The transaction was a complex and high-profile one, and it was fantastic to work alongside teams from both parties in a collaborative fashion to make it happen.
